  • I designed and rebranded AI Academy’s website and marketing materials to promote their classes and summer camps  https://aiacademyca.com

  • Used social media to run ad campaigns on multiple media sources like facebook  and instagram. Updates were made weekly /monthly (as needed) and ran ads on both platforms to promote classes. Also, used sites like Neighborhood & Cupertino Patch to post and promote class and camp ads.

  • I used Google Ad campaign and SEO tools in effort to get word out.

Saint Mark’s

Episcopal Church, Palo Alto

  • Stewardship 2020 - Metanoia -campaing was a big success design and raising funds wise. This campaign was big for me since I had to understand the meaning of the word and design digital, print and site versions around the meaning of Metanoia. It was a well praised campaign and proud moment.

  • All materials were designed in digital and printed versions for every Sunday Services, Easter, Christmas and other services.

  • Front-end development involved word press website updates including pages, events and regular slideshow for the Christmas, Easter, and Sunday Services.

  • Reformed digital database (CCB) and scheduled email to send a special set of groups and get their replies in order.

  • Organized electronic files and forms  to ensure only allotted users can access.

  • Attention to details and clear communication with rectors, business managers, music directors, musicians,  program directors and volunteers was a critical task.

  • Designing and printing weekly, monthly Church Service Bulletins, Brochures, flyers, cards, inserts for each service and different church groups.

  • Worked on projects from start to finish with Basant, real estate company and 3rd party vendors. Front-end design work done according to templates allotted by real estate companies. 

  • Designed property flyers, business cards in given budget, time and standard requirements.

  • Collaborating effectively with all parties and teams was a challenge conquered successfully.

M&M Associates, Cupertino

  • As lead I helped develop creative improvements to the company’s real estate website. Developed concepts, complex workflows, and wireframes to improve the look, feel, and functionality of the product. Created visual design and optimized web pages for realtors microsite by using 3rd party tools and hosting. 

  • Created PowerPoint-based materials with branded imagery while working with a group on creating templates and updates.

  • Responded and organized a variety of web & marketing requests from 40 different offices across the CA. Created Marketing Materials: Flyers, brochures, stickers, magazine ads, catalogs, personal ads , Business cards, letterheads, mailers, market reports and seasonal greetings.

  • Designed printed handouts and slide templates for the presentations, created Google forms and google sites for internal office members and other offices agents.

  • Worked with Marketing manager, Writing content for marketing, SEO manager, Accountants, Clients, Realtors and Owner.
